Information clause for the data subject

Based on Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ.EU.L.2016.119.1 (hereinafter: RODO), we kindly inform you that:

  1. The administrator of the personal data collected is Port Lotniczy Lublin S.A with its registered seat in Lublin (20-008) at 6 Zesłańców Sybiru Street (mailing address: 1 Króla Jana III Sobieskiego Street, 21-040 Świdnik);
  2. In matters of personal data protection, it is possible to contact the Data Protection Inspector, Ms. Małgorzata Szabaciuk, via e-mail iod[at]airport.lublin.pl;
  3. Each time personal data are obtained, you will be informed about the purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing;
  4. When your personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
  5. Your personal data are received by authorized employees of Lublin Airport S.A. and may also be disclosed to authorities and entities with an appropriate legal basis authorizing them to receive your personal data;
  6. The Administrator does not provide for the transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization;
  7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as to request data portability, which will be realized according to the principles set out in Chapter III of RODO;
  8. You also have the right to object to the processing, which will be exercised in accordance with the principles set forth in Article 21 RODO;
  9. In the course of the processing of personal data, no decisions regarding you will be made automatically and no profiles will be created, which means that the actions referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO will not be taken;
  10. If you find that the processing of your personal data violates the RODO, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (registered address: 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw);
  11. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the realization of the purpose presented each time, and without providing such data it is not possible to realize this purpose.
